No violence reported in repolling in Assam

In Kokrajhar, Assam re polling was performed peacefully at one polling booth, 88.15 per cent of voters exercised their votes.

On number 24 Kachugaon ME School, re polling was conducted under the  constituency of Gossaigaon because the electronic machine was not functioning properly during the phase second on April 11.

Voting of 88.15 per cent was recorded and re polling was performed peacefully said by the election official.

86.05 per cent of females casted their votes and  90.05 per cent  of the males casted their votes.

In Assam assembly polls, in the two phases , 84.72 per cent of overall vote percentage was there.
