Kailash Vijayvargiya, former senior leader BJP said that BJP hopefully would form government in West Bengal in upcoming elections after the upcoming assembly elections.
BJP National General Secretary and Observer for West Bengal said that the name would be decided by the party after the election results for the chief ministerial candidate. He refused to give much weightage to moves by the Congress and CPI (M)to form an alliance and said it out of fear of the ruling Trinamool Congress.
Vijayvargiya said that these two parties are weak and hardly have any presence in West Bengal that’s why they are planning to form an alliance.
They were opposing each other but are now joining hands he also added that he is hopeful if there is any alliance, BJP will be the beneficiary as it will help them to win.
Vijayvargiya alleged the elections had been held in the backdrop of violence, speaking about the last minute municipal elections where BJP did not perform well.
He also added that Anti-socials roamed with bombs and guns and the will of the people was not properly reflected in the results.
According to Vijayvargiya Assembly elections won’t be the same case, there will be tight security and he is confident that BJP will perform well in the elections if the elections are fair and free
