Natham R Viswanathan,Electricity Minister of TamilNadu said that Piyush Goyal, Union Minister remark of calling Jayalalithaa, Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu as “Inaccessible” is not true and is part of Cheap Politics.
For reasons related to politics it was an accusation which was not true and it is just part of “cheap politics” in view of the upcoming elections said by Viswanathan referring to Piyush Goyal’s view that projects can be implemented in the case of change of regime.
He referred to Mr Goyal’s appreciation of Ms Jayalalithaa in the Lok Sabha last year “Amma had given a thrust to renewable energy in Tamil Nadu.”
Piyush Goyal had said targeting Jayalalithaa that Tamil Nadu is a state within the state and in this part of the country ,Chief Minister cannot be reached.

Several attempts have been made by him in order to meet their leaders and they all failed.He added further that for Ujjwal Discom Assurance Yojana,power reforms initiative of the Centre ‘Uday’,Tamil Nadu had not signed a pact yet.
Uday, is act of deciveing people in name of reforms initiative and this move which is proposed is going to “hit them hard” , said by Viswanathan .
He further added that due to intense pressure from Foreign Financial Institutions and agencies of Credit rating,the Centre has brought the project.

In the welfare of states if the Centre was really interested,for power utilities of the state the price of the Coal should have decreased down.It however had increased from a tonne from Rs. 51.50 to coal clean energy cess to Rs. 400 a tonne he further added.
Under Uday ,every 3 months, tariff of power is to be restructured and a lot of pain,people will be put under he further claimed.
A solution which is sustainable to be seeked by Uday in order to enable the distribution of power utilities in the state in order to come out of the long debts that are standing that is almost worth of 4.3 lakh crore. It had expected among other things debt takeover of utilities of state by the state government respectively.
