Prashant Kishor bats for an outsider Brahmin CM Candidate from Congress in UP

Prashant Kishor, poll strategist is not “ruffled” by the disapproval of his proposal to name Rahul Gandhi or Priyanka Gandhi as Cheif Ministeral Candidate for the upcoming elections next year.

Prashant Kishor shared with the Congress is that a Brahmin distruptor must be cheif ministeral candidate, an outsider who can enthuse both the voters and grass-root voters.

“There are about five people who fit into that category including Rahul and Priyanka,” sources close to him said.

According to the Kishor there are two main goals the first goal is to make clear to the 13 per cent of the population i.e Brahmins that Congress is perfect match for them.

Second is that both Gandhi siblings are serious contenders for the CM Candidate and they are back in the election game after loosing  in the national election of 2014, when Mr Gandhi led its campaign.

“In the last 45 days,” sources said, “the Congress has got more coverage in traditional and new age media than the other three main players; it’s once again at the centre of political discourse in UP.”

For the elections attempts , Prashant Kishor has a record of 2 on 2 so far.In 2014, he is considered as the main elements for BJP’s victory and key enabler in the return of Nitish Kumar as Bihar’s Chief Minister where Prashant Kishor had given a status of  the status of a minister.

With the highest degree of difficulty,Prashant Kishor is taking Congress as his Client.Out of state’s 80 parliamentary seats, Congress had won just two of them in the national election. The UP legislature has only 30 Congress members.

According to the Prashant Kishor in Uttar Pradesh Brahmins feel that they are over looked, there numbers are very imprtant unlike any other state. His strategy is to win its original constituency of Muslims, Brahmins and a layer of the non-Dalit Other Backward Castes (OBCs).

Congress can win approx 27-28 per cent of the vote share which is needed in order to win in UP.
