Supreme Court had “rapped” Rahul Gandhi in with the “defamation case filed against him for his remark on the RSS,” BJP questioned IQ of Rahul Gandhi, Congress vice-president.

Speaking to ANI here, BJP leader Shaina NC said it was not the first time that Rahul Gandhi had shown his “immaturity”, adding that his remarks on the Sangh were “childish”.

She added that every time when Rahul Gandhi comments on RSS , it raises a question on his IQ. Whatever he has said amounts to the defamation. Honourable court (supreme court) has asked him to come and testify in a court of law. If he feels that he cannot answer serious questions then he must not raise the questions.

Sambit Patra, BJP spokesperson, said that the supreme court had rapped Rahul Gandhi because of his “ignorance of history.”

“Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi’s ignorance of historical fact and his eagerness to spread lies among the people has been spanked by the Supreme Court,” Patra told ANI.

He added that despite being rapped by the Supreme Court, Rahul Gandhi instead of giving an apology to RSS and the people of this nation, in an arrogant manner Rahul continues to stay disregardful and do not want to apologise.

RSS said that the Rahul Gandhi must give an apology otherwise he would have to visit Supreme Court frequently.

“If he has even a bit of respect for the court, he will apologise.” said RSS
