UP Needs A Change And Congress Will Change It: Sheila Dikshit

Sheila Dikshit, Congress CM face for UP Assembly elections attacked SP government over the declining law and order situation and the rise in crimes against women. She said that there was a need for change in the state. She aims to provide that change in her home state.

“Since the time the Congress government lost power in the state, the situation in UP has been deteriorating…The youngsters do not have employment today, farmers do not get the money due to them, and even our women do not get the respect they deserve. The situation has deteriorated everywhere,” Dikshit told party workers while inaugurating a Seva Dal camp in Unnao.

She highlighted the development projects in Delhi during her term as Chief Minister. She said that she has now came to UP with the same vision.

“Congress will deal with backwardness of the state during the past 27 years,” she said.

Sheila Dikshit also attacked  Modi for his foreign trips and said that are not good for the nation.

She added that most of the time Modi travel to foreign nations. His visits are not benefiting the nation. He has made a lot of promises during elections but they were not fulfilled.

Among the allegations from Opposition parties that Sheila Dikshit is an outsider. She said that she was born in Punjab but she belongs to Unnao, because it was her in-laws place. She also said that from Kannauj she started her political career and was elected its MP.
